★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING: I GOT RIPPED OFF BY TROPI-KO. Here's the story: I live in Puerto Vallarta and needed some sturdy comfortable shoes. I bought a pair of sandals at Tropi-Ko. They cost $40 USD, which is expensive here. I wore them for 1 month and they started to disintegrate! The soles broke into big cracks, water got in, making the problems worse, and big holes developed in the soles. I took them back to the store asking for replacements of a different brand and was told I had created the problems by wearing the shoes! I will never shop there again, and I advise you to beware. They were cold and uncaring, even though I had in the meantime brought them 3 other customers! Terrible stupid people. I will be posting this story everywhere I can find a place to do so.
