My partner got sick and we had to cancel a $300.00 excursion at the last minute. I didn't expect to get all of my money back, but they refused to even consider giving back some. I would have been fine with getting half back. Considering the omicron varient is running rampid, I asked what they have me do, go and possibly infect others or do the right thing and cancel. They didn't seem to care. They can't do anything for me. Lack of humanity and business sense. I would not recommend them. They only want your money.
