No teníamos al principio una idea clara sobre nuestra imagen, pero en la medida en que llegaron las propuestas de Trotamundos, fuimos materializando la idea para nuestro logo. Nos gustó mucho que pudieran hacer nuestro logotipo en las características que necesitábamos, además de que tuvimos la oportunidad de verificar pruebas donde pudimos revisar, cambiar colores y diseño de tipografía de uno a otro hasta tener lo que necesitábamos. Un trabajo profesional, serio y con una comunicación personal constante y oportuna con el diseñador (mediante correo electrónico o teléfono). We really liked that they could make our logo in the features we needed, plus we had the opportunity to check proofs where we could review, change colors and type design from one to the other until we had what we needed. A professional, serious job and with constant and timely personal communication with the designer (via email or phone). We definitely plan to work with Globetrotters on future jobs. Solo buscaba asesoría y terminé con un revés de quien me atendió. Mal por esa actitud creo que debes mejorar tu atención al cliente. Nunca fui grosero y ella si lo fue.
