For a long trip of more than 24 hours they don't give you a welcome snak like all the rest of buses of other companies
The cashier Charged us more than what the ticket cost we reclaim and she gave us the money back but to how many people she does that?
The bus suposed to go out at 5:50 am but it was late it went out at 6:30 am
We will never travel on Tufesa anymore and will never recomend to nobody

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new place they have is pretty good! It is clean and spacious. The cafeteria that they have could have a better selection of food but it's good. The service is pretty fast and easy. The bathroom there is really clean and big. Their buses are good, although the seats can be pretty uncomfortable. I took the platinum bus and it was really nice but again, the seats were somewhat uncomfortable. Only thing I didn't like was that some of the staff had an attitude but overall the place was excellent.
