Terrible service, with no possibility of contacting by phone, delivery times outside of what is indicated, lousy facilities and fatal customer service...

Ala mejor no esta en servicio pero deberían de quitar el numero de tel First hand they never answer, I have dialed them at different times and nothing. Best is not in service but they should remove the phone number

A diferencia de los demás comentarios en donde expresan su malas experiencias (y es lamentable) yo he tenido muy buena experiencia en varios años utilizando este servicio, por lo que mi opinión es basada en eso. La atención es buena y rápida, es cierto que en algunos casos te piden abrir los paquetes ? pero lo hacen por protocolo, en otras paqueterías que he utilizado el servicio tmb me lo han pedido. El costo ? varía según el destino, es mucho más económico que otras empresas como DHL o Estafeta. Cierran hasta tarde ⏰ 8 Pm lo cual es una ventaja con respecto a otras. Tufesa Shipping ?. Located in front of the Hermosillo bus station. Unlike the other comments where they express their bad experiences (and it is unfortunate) I have had a very good experience in several years using this service, so my opinion is based on that. The attention is good and fast, it is true that in some cases they ask you to open the packages ? but they do it by protocol, in other packages that I have used the tmb service they have asked me to. The cost ? varies depending on the destination, it is much cheaper than other companies such as DHL or Estafeta. They close until late ⏰ 8 pm which is an advantage over others.
