Pero quede muy disconforme con la atención de Luca el dueño, primero me dijo q rebotaban las tarjetas de crédito (probé con 6 distintas y con las q hice otras compras normalmente) y amenazaba con anularse la reserva, llegue al lugar a las 5 pm, casi oscureciendo, habia pasado una tormenta, el camino de ingreso es de tierra y estaba inundado, no había luz ni agua caliente, no solo no me aviso antes, sino q pretendía cobrar la totalidad de la tarifa q tiene un valor de un 4 estrellas, una falta de respeto, tuve q salir a buscar otro hotel para poder bañarme y ademas cambiar mi viaje ya q baja reservado 2 noches. Eso si, acepto anular los cargos de la reserva. Una pena, estaba muy ilusionado en conocer el lugar. The place is a paradise, a dream. But I was very dissatisfied with the attention of Luca the owner, first he told me that the credit cards bounced (I tried 6 different ones and with which I made other purchases normally) and he threatened to cancel the reservation, I arrived at the place at 5 pm, It was almost dark, a storm had passed, the entrance road is dirt and it was flooded, there was no electricity or hot water, not only did I not notify myself before, but I wanted to charge the entire rate that has a value of 4 stars , a lack of respect, I had to go out to look for another hotel to be able to bathe and also change my trip since I reserved 2 nights. Of course, I agree to cancel the reservation charges. A pity, I was very excited to see the place.

El lugar se presta a todo tipo de actividades relacionadas con la naturaleza y deportes acuáticos. En cuanto a los apartamentos solo puedo hablar maravillas de ellos, aún a pesar de que adolece de pequeños defectos de planteamiento en su construcción, como por ejemplo el no poder disponer de una campana extractora de humos en la cocina o de que los caños de los grifos de los lavabos son extremadamente cortos y por tanto se inunda la encimera. Todo esto es muy fácil y relativamente económico de resolver. Hay un matrimonio que se encarga de la limpieza y mantenimiento y lo hacen de una manera eficaz y profesional logrando con su trabajo que todo el conjunto esté en perfecta armonía con el entorno. Sin duda uno de aquellos lugares a los que rendiría otras visitas, absolutamente recomendable. The location is paradisiacal, on the beach itself and extraordinarily quiet and safe. The place lends itself to all kinds of activities related to nature and water sports. As for the apartments, I can only speak highly of them, even though it suffers from small design flaws in its construction, such as not being able to have an extractor hood in the kitchen or the fact that the pipes of the Sink taps are extremely short and therefore the countertop floods. All of this is very easy and relatively inexpensive to solve. There is a married couple who are in charge of cleaning and maintenance and they do it in an efficient and professional way, achieving with their work that the whole set is in perfect harmony with the environment. Undoubtedly one of those places to which I would pay other visits, absolutely recommended.

Y	Yi Li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked two nights but have to cancel my trip before 6 days of arrival. It was really a pity, but the attitude of the owner Luca makes this trip even worse. I accepted the strict cancellation policy with the cancellation cost, but Luca tried to blame me of not showing and refused to refund the part of tax charged at first. My first impression was he tried to take money as much as he can unfortunately. I won’t hold the bias for Tulum, but definitely will not come back to this place next time.
