★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo la oportunidad de ir muy seguido al Residencial y verdaderamente es un lugar tranquilo y muy hermoso, estoy seguro que con el paso de los años se convertirá en una de las mayores referencias no solo de Tulum sino de la Riviera Maya.
I have the opportunity to go to the Residencial very often and it is truly a quiet and very beautiful place, I am sure that over the years it will become one of the greatest references not only in Tulum but also in the Riviera Maya.

Nice place to live if you have private transport, if you go on vacation to this place it is very expensive to transport you even when the distances are very short

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a tee time, played 1 hole. Weather got bad, so I wanted to get a refund. It was $165 USD. I was told the best they could do is give a rain check for the next 30 days. Problem is I live in Detroit and leaving Mexico tomorrow. So I actually don’t want to give one star. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS golf course!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve yet to fully experience the property, so the 5-Stars are specifically for the Front Gate right-off highway 307; the *sense of arrival* the Gate induces at night was awe-epic.
Congrats to whoever designed that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great golf course and staff. Course is not usually busy so you have time to relax and enjoy the views. Bring lots of balls as they are expensive there and it is easy to loss. The staff is not stuffy like most country clubs. I saw another reviewer that gave TCC 1 star because they won't refund his money due to rain. This is unfair and not a review of the golf course itself obviously. Must have never played golf before because no golf course gives refunds due to rain. Check the weather before booking a tee time.
