★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we utilized playa del carmen taxi and it cost us $33 usd, no problem, to go to AKUMAL, through the security area. us he had very clean car. Coming back to playa del carmen this company charge us $40 us an additional $5, as he had to drive through the security area (car had sand all over the seat), BS... then we asked him about using a credit card... oh no cash only.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very worried about getting a taxi in Tulum because I was staying in an Airbnb. Tulum taxi made it so easy for pickup and drop off. Using WhatsApp you send them a pin and they will come get you! The prices are very affordable as well! The dispatcher also speaks English !
