Cantina VI.AI.PY. es uno de los nueve restaurantes del Hotel Xcaret Arte. No requiere reservación y la comida de aquí es, sin duda, una de las mejores del hotel. Además ofrece opciones veganas y vegetarianas bastante buenas.
Por las tardes cuentan con música en vivo y en las noches tiene un excelente ambiente para ambientarse.
La decoración y arquitectura del lugar son impresionantes.
Mi recomendación personal: el taco gobernador.
Oaxacan cuisine represented in its greatest splendor.
Canteen VI.AI.PY. It is one of the nine restaurants of the Hotel Xcaret Arte. No reservations required and the food here is, without a doubt, some of the best in the hotel. It also offers quite good vegan and vegetarian options.
In the afternoons they have live music and at night it has an excellent atmosphere to settle down.
The decoration and architecture of the place are impressive.
My personal recommendation: the governor taco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went around 2pm and another day at 8pm both times was delicious BUT both times took more than half hour for each dish, we (2) spent almost two hours, I don’t get why took so long.. just be aware. the menu was really good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorites of all the restaurants. I am a fan of simple yet flavorful food. Their beef tacos ? are probably the best I’ve had. And I’m from Texas where you find a taco place at every intersection. It came with 3 medium sized tacos + sides. It was so good I ordered a second order. Yes…you should too.
