Tulum Transportation - 77780 Tulum

While the pick-up at the airport went well and the car and driver were excellent, they did not show up at our hotel (Jashita in Tulum) to take us to the airport. When we called to find out where the car was they said they could not find the hotel. They told the person at the hotel (whom I put on the phone to explain exactly where we were located) that they went to the Jashita Villas, but I don't even think they went to the Villas as that's only a half an hour from the Jashita Hotel. There is no way they opted to go back to the airport rather than pick us up, especially knowing I would refute the charge with Amex. I'm any case, they told the person at the hotel they would not pick us up and refused to pick up the phone when I called back. By the way, I made sure to review the booking confirmation with our hotel to ensure I did not make a mistake when making the reservation and I had not. They simply did not show up. We wound up taking a taxi. Suffice it to say, this was a very stressful way to end what was otherwise a very relaxing vacation. I booked them based on all the positive reviews but maybe they had a change in management? Whatever the case, stay far away!

I was really excited for this service but unfortunately it did not live up to the expectations. I booked a round trip, private transfer, with prosecco, for myself and my 2 friends. Unfortunately, my one friend had her flight delayed so we decided to take the car without her. We arrived 1 hour earlier than our pick up time and the man checking us in said that we were “very early.” (When I received their confirmation email they stated they were always at the airport so I assumed we’d be able to take the car earlier.) After waiting for 1 hour they told us our car was ready but they put us in our “private” car with other guests. The prosecco was never offered and then our driver had to stop for gas. These things should’ve been taken care of ahead of time. It was very disorganized. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because my return trip to the airport was a lot smoother. I will be reaching out for a partial refund since 1. The car was not private and 2. The prosecco was not offered.

HORRIBLE experience. Arrived at the airport in Cancun and was told to wait 20-30 minutes. No problem for us, BUT...our private shuttle never showed. Was told to wait another 30-40 minutes. No shuttle. Was then encouraged to cancel our reservation with them & find another transportation service to Tulum because they were unsure of how long (3+ hours) it would take our driver to pick us up. After already paying for this private shuttle service + an add on grocery stop; they never showed and we were shuffled into another company's shuttle with another group of people. Emailed the company that day about the horrible service/customer service and was never contacted back. Asked to be refunded for their failure of service & the extra add on I paid for and was never replied to. Would never recommend this company. Worst transportation service I have ever used. Don't even want to give 1 star.

i ordered a suburban with a round trip. was given a massive shuttle van instead with no return trip booked. then had. to wait 30 mins at the airport as the car was not ready. all well and fine if this is a cheap taxi or public bus, but when i order a specific service and pay steeply for it, i expect quality service. when i chatted the website this morning to straight up just book a one way return trip, my chat message was ignored. big meh here.

Picked up on time from the airport and the hotel on time, and both drivers were very courteous and kind. Definitely recommend them. FYI, at the Cancun Airport - look for the orange signs that say "Cancun Transportation," not "Tulum" transportation. That threw us off for a few minutes.

100% recommend them. They were exactly on time at the airport and for pickup going back and with phone/text updates leading to pickup. Price was very reasonable and they even made stops for us at the store on the way to the hotel. Definitely am going to use them every time I go to Tulum. ??

We took this private shuttle back and forth from CAN airport to our hotel in Tulum. The drivers were very nice and pleasant. One even had us discover the local music and gave us tips on what do/see. The bus sometimes takes up to twice as much time as indicated and we were so glad we saved so much time by going with Tulum Transportation. Definitely recommend!

Really great service! They were easy enough to find at the airport with the instructions that were included in the email confirmation. (Their sign does actually stand out in the crowd) Friendly and professional team from the greeters to the drivers. The van was so clean! Our driver Abel was great! The entrance to our hotel was a little hidden and we all missed it somehow. We told him we would be fine and he could just drop us but he insisted on making sure the gps was correct and that we found the entrance. Very glad we chose Tulum Transportation!
