I joined the breath, sound & stillness immersion and it was a beautiful experience. Richelle, Dee and Bella where all amazing teachers and they made me feel welcome and seen through the whole time. I’m going back to Sweden with a lot of new knowledge and confidence to pass on the wisdom of sound and stillness✨✨✨ So grateful for this journey?

I attended Tulum Yoga School's breath, meditation, sound healing and yin yoga 100-hour training course and I had so much fun! It was my second time training with Richelle and Dee (I did my 200 hour yoga training with them). I came back because they are fantastic, supportive teachers that care about their students and ensuring they have what they need to be effective, inspirational instructors. Their studio is gorgeous, located on the edge of Tulum town, near La Veleta neighborhood. The course was equal parts theory, homework and hands-on practice. Soundbath practitioner Bella was also amazing; there was plenty of time devoted to sound theory as well as playing with crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and many other instruments. There was so much learning packed into the ten-day program I came away feeling like I can easily shift into teaching any of the modalities we covered. A bonus to the training was the bonding time between students. If you're looking for a highly rewarding, life-changing experience, look no further!

I had an amazing experience at Tulum Yoga School, I loved the aligned flow method and received more than expected. The course was challenging, exciting, and fun and I feel more than prepared to teach. Dee and Richelle are so sweet and genuinely have so much passion and knowledge. I went to the Tulum Yoga School for my 200 YTT. Richelle, Adry and Kirsty were amazing instructors! Richelle’s Aligned Flow Method teaches a style of yoga that makes yoga accessible to anyone and helps you create a yoga experience. The graduation class “Yoga with Rescue Pups” was a wonderful way to end the program. I’m so glad the universe brought me to the Tulum Yoga School!

I completed my own YTT with Richelle at Tulum Yoga School five years ago; an experience I’ve always remembered as one of the best months I’ve had. Returning this past month, this time in the capacity of an assistant to Richelle, was rewarding in ways I couldn’t have imagined. After several years of both practicing and teaching yoga, it was super refreshing to return to my training roots and a style of yoga that focuses on inclusion, individual bodies and creating holistic experiences. Witnessing Richelle’s expertise from the other side of things was hugely helpful and informative for me and my own path as a future YTT leader for The Aligned Elements brand. Her ability to hold space for the group of students as a whole, identify and address individual needs, and share her own experiences and learnings - which are extensive - in a relatable way are key components of mentoring and leading. I also appreciated the specific and detailed feedback she offered me, as well as the way she made herself available to me both inside and outside of the studio. If I was excited about the opportunity to be a part of the YTT teaching team before, I now also feel empowered, prepared and supported to step into this role.

We booked a private class with Tulum Yoga School for a bachelorette party - it was amazing! I cannot recommend enough! Everything from booking to payment to communication was so seamless and easy. We were able to conduct the private class at our villa (mats were provided), which was really fun and convenient for our group. Dee was the sweetest teacher - we all loved her and felt so amazing and refreshed after class. Do not hesitate to book with Tulum Yoga School!!!

The universe worked it’s magic landing me at Tulum Yoga School for my yoga teacher training and I couldn’t be more grateful for such an outstanding experience in Tulum. I was already somewhat familiar with the Aligned Flow Method having taken classes with one of the instructors, Dee, but this training far exceeded my expectations. This style of yoga is inclusive, accessible, and challenging while honoring and allowing space for each individual experience. Richelle, Dee and Adry are all so incredibly knowledgeable and provided a wonderful learning environment with majority of the curriculum being hands on so you graduate with confidence! The shala was a beautiful place to learn with small class sizes so you receive all the support you need, including lots of love from visiting puppies. The content covered was well rounded including history of yoga, postures, modifications, adjustments, anatomy, sequencing, business of yoga and more with a graduation class supporting Help Tulum Dogs which was so special. As an Aligned Flow Method yoga teacher, I graduated with a solid foundation and a unique edge to start teaching in an impactful way.
