★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like waking up swimming in your own swet while being bitten by thousands of mosquitos this hostel os perfect for you. Also on my birthday they will kick out from the common area my sister (because I was staying in a dorm) . But if you are staying in a private room you will be able to bring whoever you want in the hostel. The breakfast is embarassingly small, but again if you are in a room you will get more stuff. You can't use the water to fill your bottle, just drink it there in front of them, and dont leave any fans open because they will tell you that you are using too much electricity or they will just follow you around and closing the fans while you are not looking. There are no walls between the toilets or between the rooms so you can hear everything and the mosquitos are free to come in and drink your blood through the holes in the wall. And there is no mosquitero. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hostel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "4" because the noice of outside but if you don't mind it's clean, really calm, and yoga classes only private and on demand (80pesos). The people are really nice just the owner is cranky but who cares?
So, not a party hostel and only private room with all dorms.
I didn't have any complaints just the noice from outside

I came in and inquired about vegan options, the gentlemen said almost everything was vegan on the menu. So we sat down and ordered their Mr.Loco smoothie which was great. I returned for this smoothie almost every as the price is fair and it's fulfilling. Better come here for smoothies then next door @tulumartcafe, theirs are expensive and not quite as good. So as I started to look over the menu I noticed everything had cheese in it. Turns out there was actually only 1 vegan option. The waiter suggested I remove the cheese but it's silly for me to have to pay for it. So we ordered the avocado toast and was really dissatisfied with what we got. Just 1 slice with little avocado on top. For better Avo toast go next door to Tulum art cafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hostel has three different dormitories, which are separated by sticks, not walls. Which means you can see through into the dorms from the other dorms and from the hallway/public space. It all means you can hear everything across the entire building - from the reception, to the kitchen, across all the dorms. The night I stayed here the manager’s friends arrived at 10pm and began to drink, talk, laugh and play music very loudly, seemingly without consideration for the fact that they’re actually in a hostel where other people are paying to SLEEP, and that the hostel has no walls so everyone can hear everything. They were just having their party. Then in the morning at 8.30 they began to play their music again and talk on the top of their voices, again without any consideration for people that are actually paying to stay here.
On top of this, there are almost no lights in the room at all and the fans don’t work. I definitely would NOT stay here again, and I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a clean, quiet space above an amazing food spot in Tulum. We got the private room/bathroom and it was certainly worth every penny! The only thing is we wished they would have communicated that the lock the doors at 10 pm. We got locked out and that was a little frustrating. Thankfully, the owner heard us and unlocked the door!
