I had the worst experience in this hotel. It started when we arrived. They were only 2 security guards and no receptionist. They couldn’t find our room number or our keys and we waited outside for about 3 hours after our 6h flight with no food And after the 2 hours they made us wait all the restaurants have closed and we couldn’t eat for the night. After about 30 more minutes because they got the wrong key we got to our room to shower and the water smelled like gas, our hands and the whole house smelled bad. When we told them we wanted a refund and wanted to find somewhere else they told us that the money that we payed a min ago in cash was gone and there’s no refund (when online it says free cancellation)and they didn’t allow us to have another room until very long conversation back and forth. Our bed sheets were dirty and bugs were dead all over the apartment. When we asked for water to drink they said they only offer the “fresh water” in the fridge which was filled with bugs otherwise we needed to pay for closed water bottles. Not to mention the WiFi and the water also started cutting out throughout our stay when we asked for help they would sometimes bring it back for an hour OTHER TIMES THEY WOULD NOT REPLY. The manager Fernando offered us 3 days of free breakfast because on the website it also mentioned it but we apparently didn’t add it to our stay. When we arrived to the restaurant they had no idea and we had to wait about 30 min for them to go “ask”. Avoid this place at any cause.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Super spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. My unit that I rented came with a bike as well. I love the large balcony too. There is a pool on the rooftop and an area with hammocks and room to bbq or just chill out. I like that they have security at the building too. They are still building other units, so there is construction noise, but I didnt mind it at all. I highly recommend this place. The owner Luis is awesome too!!
