M	Miriam R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas habitaciones pero un hotel que está en mitad de la nada, con un poblado no seguro al lado de forma que no se puede caminar al pueblo ni a ninguna zona a pesar de que están a 15 min en google maps. Es bueno que te permiten acceder al hotel vecino (Copal) al ser del mismo grupo, hotel que no tiene nada que ver - es mucho mejor en instalaciones, servicio, piscina, y tiene servicio de bar y restaurantes (dos, uno japonés y otro mexicano/internacional) . En el Tuluna en si, solo hay una recepción con una persona y otro par de seguridad que se molestan lo mínimo en ayudar , llaman a un taxi pero consiguiendo tarifas altísimas y apenas te dan consejo de nada más allá de lo estándar que te envían en un mensaje el primer día. En fin, es más barato que la zona por un motivo, si bien las habitaciones están bien, todo lo demás es muy pobre e inconveniente . Merece llevar coche alquilado porque hace falta coger taxis constantemente y se aprovechan dando precios altísimos y variables constantemente Good rooms but a hotel that is in the middle of nowhere, with an unsafe town next to it so that you cannot walk to the town or to any area even though they are 15 minutes away on google maps. It is good that they allow you access to the neighboring hotel (Copal) as it is from the same group, a hotel that has nothing to do with it - it is much better in terms of facilities, service, swimming pool, and has a bar and restaurant service (two, one Japanese and one Mexican/international) . In the Tuluna itself, there is only one reception with one person and another couple of security that bother the least to help, they call a taxi but getting very high rates and they hardly give you advice on anything beyond the standard that they send you in a message the first day. Anyway, it's cheaper than the area for a reason, while the rooms are fine, everything else is very poor and inconvenient. It is worth taking a rented car because it is necessary to take taxis constantly and they take advantage of giving very high and constantly variable prices

Me llamo la atención que tienen un cenote solo a una cuadra del hotel. El servicio y sus empleados muy amables, las habitaciones son nuevas y la decoración es súper bonita y tiene una piscina muy agradable. Lo visitaría más veces con mi familia Hotel located in one of the most exclusive areas of Tulum, you have some Japanese, Mexican and Chilaquiles restaurants nearby for breakfast. It caught my attention that they have a cenote just one block from the hotel. The service and its very friendly employees, the rooms are new and the decoration is super nice and it has a very nice pool. I would visit more times with my family

La piscina de la habitación estaba muy fría, solo la utilizamos un día porque sentíamos que había que consumirla! Aunque el servicio es amable el hotel está súper alejado de todo, no hay ni un restaurante ni una cafetería cercana. Está pegado a un sitio bastante peligroso para andar tanto de día como de noche por lo que dependes todo el tiempo de un taxi. Si vas allí, alquila un coche o moto. The rooms are very good but there is a lot of noise and at 8am an alarm clock rings with the noise of cars and trucks every day. The pool in the room was very cold, we only used it one day because we felt that it had to be consumed! Although the service is friendly, the hotel is super remote from everything, there is neither a restaurant nor a coffee shop nearby. It is attached to a quite dangerous place to walk both day and night, so you depend on a taxi all the time. If you go there, rent a car or motorcycle.
N	N. Owen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel couldn’t find our booking and then gave us the wrong room. We booked a deluxe appartement and one of our friends had to sleep on the sofa. We asked if any discount could be applied and they did not want to help. Location isn’t ideal either, the area still needs some development.
O	Omari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I initially planned on staying at the Tuluna Hotel for a few days but extended to a month. The location, staff, and amenities are A1. April and the entire staff from moment one made me feel welcomed. While I love Aldea Zama, many of the building have horrible WIFI… but I have had no issue with the WIFI at Tuluna. In addition Tuluna is partnered with Copal Hotel, which is 1 block away and Copal has amazing amenities you can access during your stay at Tuluna.
S	Samy Chong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the nicest stay in my month in Cancun. It has so much sunlight due to all the open windows. It was spacious. The front desk Evelyn was a sweetheart who does above and beyond her role. The place was modern and well kept. A bit off the beaten track in an area that is massive development for condos. This place is well worth the stay. Just remember, their tab water is salty. Trying to boil water for a coffee with salt water is an aweakening!
