★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, compra uno boletos con anticipación y el día de la salida del Bus te enteras que ya tu número de haciento está vendido a otra persona, te dicen que no pueden hacer nada ,y lo más que pueden hacer por uno es darte una cubeta para que te sientes en ella durante el viaje (playa del Carmen a Villahermosa),adjunto la foto. Todo eso sin mencionar las condiciones en las que se encuentran las unidades
Terrible service, buy one tickets in advance and on the day of the bus's departure you find out that your property number is already sold to someone else, they tell you that they can't do anything, and the most they can do for you is give you a bucket So that you feel in it during the trip (Playa del Carmen to Villahermosa), I attach the photo. All this without mentioning the conditions in which the units are located.
