El personal se preocupa por satisfacer tus necesidades, por darte seguridad, recomendarte rutas, sitios de interés. Simplemente tienes en su servicio, lo que esperas encontrar cuando estás fuera de casa y no tienes tu auto. Recomendable cien por ciento, yo lo he utilizado en muchas ocaciones tanto para viajes de trabajo (facturando y pagando con tarjeta), como para viajes personales. Limpieza en vehículos y tarifas adecuadas! Fue una excelente recomendación del hotel que por años frecuento en esta ciudad, desde entonces en todos mis viajes al lugar los contacto.
 In two words: Excellent service! staff with a very friendly service attitude, polite, respectful, reliable, punctual, honest at any time. The staff cares about satisfying your needs, giving you security, recommending routes, places of interest. You simply have at your service, what you expect to find when you are away from home and do not have your car. One hundred percent recommendable, I have used it on many occasions both for business trips (billing and paying with a card), and for personal trips. Cleaning in vehicles and adequate rates! It was an excellent recommendation of the hotel that I frequent for years in this city, since then in all my trips to the place I contact them.

Lousy service, your support is requested to give reports via mail and they just drag on. I have dialed daily for several days requesting their support and despite responding they never send the requested information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omar Ruiz was our driver for a trip to the Teotitlán Valley and Monte Alban whilst we were visiting Oaxaca from Australia.
Despite our absence of Spanish, Omar was a gracious host and went out of his way to make our visit enjoyable. He provided his whatsapp number to make contact between us a little easier throughout the day.
Our plans changed a couple of times during the day to Teotitlán and a two hour trip turned into a six hour trip- Omar was very patient!
We recommend requesting Omar as your driver when you are in Oaxaca!
