Very good attention from the service area to schedule appointments, the bad thing is that the service is too late, one makes an appointment at 8:00 a.m., so that they deliver your vehicle at 3 p.m. It is unacceptable, and especially when you are a foreigner, for requesting the express service so that your vehicle can deliver it to you earlier, they do not include washing, they change good parts, for used ones, I already had the experience that they have changed pre-owned brake pads for old ones, in addition of my battery, what a coincidence that they offered me to change my battery that supposedly was already at the end of its period of life, but not having any problem with it I told them that later I would see if it was necessary, and when I returned from service, my vehicle was stopped for two days since it was not used, and on the third day it no longer started, when it had not had any problem before going to service, the vehicle had been stopped for other days and without problem when starting, but after this I will look definitely another agency that can offer me a good service.
