Excellent development! The apartments are super nice and very spacious, all the buildings have an elevator, there is 24 hour security, they have first class amenities and the location north of Merida is unbeatable.

Sin embargo, la entrega del departamento cero fue un momento especial,me trajeron tomando nota de todos los detalles, las condiciones en que se entrega, etc, para poder firmar la carta de liberación y darme las llaves, un moñito de perdido en la puerta. Mi experiencia hasta ahora con la Administración del Condominio ha dejado mucho a desear, me parece ilógico que de los 3 contactos que tienen, ninguno conteste llamadas dentro del horario marcado; o que no puedan contestar un correo con un par de dudas. Ojalá tuvieran en cuenta que algunos propietarios no radican en Mérida (en caso que ese sea el motivo de contestar llamadas de números con distinta lada). Esta ha sido mi experiencia post-compra.
The development and the apartments are very nice, very spacious, even in a good area. Just last week I got mine delivered. However, the delivery of apartment zero was a special moment, they brought me taking note of all the details, the conditions in which it was delivered, etc, to be able to sign the release letter and give me the keys, a lost bow on the door . My experience so far with the Administration of the Condominium has left much to be desired, it seems illogical to me that of the 3 contacts they have, none answer calls within the scheduled hours; or that they cannot answer an email with a couple of questions. I wish they would take into account that some owners do not live in Mérida (in case that is the reason for answering calls from numbers with a different address). This has been my post-purchase experience.
