★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi querida Yazmin Adriana Bocanegra Díaz , en lugar de estar queriendo afectar al conductor deberías de ser más empática con los conductores y entender que no a todos los conductores les sirve tu pago con tarjeta ya que a ellos les pagan tu viaje una semana después y ellos requieren también para sus gastos diarios. Por Dios hay cosas más importantes como para estar publicando que alguien te ayude a perjudicar a alguien , si realmente quieres ayudar ,paga en efectivo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alguine sabe de algun número telefónico para reportar a chofer de uber ya me canse de que me pregunten si el pago es en efectivo o tarjeta y cuando contesto que tarjeta me cancelan el servicio y me asigna uno nuevo pero con mas de 15 o 20 minutos de espera, tengo la caprtura de pantalla del conductor que lo hace, alguien que me apoye o dónde lo reporto. Gracias!!
Does anyone know of a phone number to report an uber driver, I'm tired of being asked if the payment is in cash or card and when I answer which card they cancel the service and assign me a new one but with more than 15 or 20 minutes of wait, I have the screenshot of the driver who does it, someone who supports me or where I report it. Te tienen formado afuera en el calor y nadie informa que al llegar puedes realizar tu cita aquí mismo y pasan a los de cita y a las personas las tienen afuera y más que darte una solución y buena atención la señorita. Elizabeth es muy prepotente y grosera ya que más que brindar la atención a socios te amenaza con la frase o sacas cita o no te atiendo . Cada día es peor trabajar con ustedes
