★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi novio y un par de amigos están inscritos ahí, por ello mínimo dos veces al mes pago visita.
1. Los vestidores son muy pequeños y hay poca privacidad.
2. Solo hay un rack de sentadilla para peso libre y un par de seguros para todas las barras, además que no hay un lugar específico para hacer peso muerto.
3. Mínimo una vez al mes les falta agua y no te puedes bañar (para los que van a trabajar).
4. Al momento de utilizar una polea, a mi novio se le reventó y se lastimó los antebrazos (presentó una queja y no le dieron solución).
5. El vapor siempre está descompuesto.
6. Las instalaciones son nuevas y el personal de toallas y recepción son muy amables.
Por relación al precio y servicio no lo recomiendo.

Muy amables, te motivan, respetan tu entrenamiento y te ayudan.
 My boyfriend and a couple of friends are enrolled there, so minimum twice a month pay visit.
1. The changing rooms are very small and there is little privacy.
2. There is only one squat rack for free weight and a pair of locks for all bars, plus there is no specific place to make dead weight.
3. Minimum once a month they lack water and you can not bathe (for those who go to work).
4. At the time of using a pulley, my boyfriend burst and injured his forearms (he filed a complaint and did not give him a solution).
5. Steam is always decomposed.
6. The facilities are new and the towel and reception staff are very friendly.
In relation to the price and service I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el UFC gym siguen las medidas de sanitizar todo, las personas usan siempre su cubrebocas, es un gym muy completo y grande. Se entrena muy agusto aquí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al llamar para hacer valida sus promociones no me quieren comunicar con la persona que les pido al querer hablar con el encargado del lugar me contestan que si no tengo nombre y apellido no me lo comunicarán como si estuvieran en su casa pésima experiencia antes de entrar no quiero imaginar ya estando inscrito pésimo servicio y atención al cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era bueno hasta que están intentando recobrar todo lo perdido por pandemia, haciendo cargos a tu tarjeta tratando de "obligarte" a hacer uso de sus clases. No pienso pagar 100% de una membresía x menos de la mitad de los servicios, simplemente no lo vale! El gerente tardo días en contestar a mi email, no recibe llamadas y se limita a ser una persona cuadrada que no entiende que x pandemia muchos tuvimos que mudarnos para reducir costos de renta, que aún seguimos en semaforo naranja y que si eres población de alto riesgo, estas en tu derecho de no ser obligado a estar en espacios públicos. Ya había tenido una mala experiencia con UFC Polanco cuando cambiaron de Gold's gym a UFC, decidí darles una segunda oportunidad por recomendación y pésima atención y servicio al cliente. Super rateros!
It was good until they are trying to recover everything lost to the pandemic, charging your card trying to "force" you to use their classes. I'm not going to pay 100% of a membership for less than half the services, it's just not worth it! The manager took days to answer my email, he does not receive calls and is limited to being a square person who does not understand that x pandemic many of us had to move to reduce rent costs, that we are still on an orange traffic light and that if you are a high population risk, you are in your right not to be forced to be in public spaces. I had already had a bad experience with UFC Polanco when they changed from Gold's gym to UFC, I decided to give them a second chance because of recommendation and terrible customer service. Super pickpockets!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy pobre experiencia, mal servicio. Les urge irse puntuales, bajan el switch de la luz y cierran el agua 15 minutos antes del cierre. Básicamente te corren antes de la hora de cierre.
Very poor experience, bad service. They are urged to leave on time, they lower the light switch and turn off the water 15 minutes before closing. They basically run you off before closing time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si las instalaciones están bien. Pocas clases en la mañana. Lo malo esque SOLO PUEDES CANCELAR 30 días antes del siguiente pago Justo en el día 30 , no antes no después. Y si trabajas o te mudaste ya te imaginarás el problema… yo tuve que pagar un mes y medio extra por sus ‘politicas’ para poder cancelar el día que fui.
Deberían hacer más accesible y fácil de cancelar en cualquier momento que se requiera
