Very good place, delicious flavor, I would only recommend improving the image of the place and the staff, to give a better image (I refer to aspects of hygiene)

A year ago I liked it a lot, however the quality has changed and so has the delivery time. I paid a very expensive shipment once, because of the distance and it took an hour and a half to bring it, without any apology from the staff. I no longer buy here, the food always arrives in a mess and the prices went up. Maybe in a restaurant the experience is better

They are no longer in Ávila Camacho. His treatment is good, unfortunately the ingredients of his leave much to be desired (especially for their prices). The portions are small, the pasta of its ramen is envelope (Maruchan type), and that of the yakisoba is bag noodle (very fatty for my taste). Too bad, I expected much more for the concept.

I have a very negative experience about their way of responding to customer service on Facebook. I clearly asked a question that they answered until the end but the initial response was very aggressive on their part without first researching their distributors. Apart from that, the ramen seemed a little salty to me, I was a frequent customer before the pandemic but after this experience I stopped consuming it. Thank you and I do not expect an answer, or compensation, I only hope it will serve you to improve this aspect. Update: As you read it, when there is a bad score, the staff tries to justify themselves and discredit the client and it is affirmative that I made a claim exclusively for the dish with which I had problems from the beginning and thanks to Uber they will reimburse me only for the sushi because at no time did I intend to steal or make a claim for the Ramen that despite being very salty, I did consume them. Personally it is a quiet and relaxing place. Although there were no cold teas (the teas were still hot) and there was no sushi (they were just going to prepare the rice), the ramen has a good flavor and seasoning, it is a medium portion, prices are accessible and do not exceed $ 100 The place has a long table, so it is a shared table. I would definitely enjoy the other varieties.

Food tastes good ... But it's pretty expensive for what it is. The place is basically empty, there is only one long table with chairs, there is no adornment or furniture. The menu is very small. We asked for the shirts and sleeves but they did not have them.

It is a cozy place to go with friends where you can also get export sleeves and T-shirts with a Japanese culture theme. As for food, the options are limited and although the seasoning is good I was disappointed that the type of ramen they use is instant, however the matcha bread dessert is very rich ♥ As for the price it was not acceptable, it is not cheap but not expensive
