No se tomaron responsabilidad por lo sucedido, poco reactivos y muy desatentos en el trato al cliente. La supervisora, con quien pedi hablar, fue muy pasiva, con dificultad a tomar decisiones argumentando que ella no recibio la prenda.
Terrible service, I ruined a delicate and expensive item. Great ignorance to treat the garments. No responsibility was taken for what happened, unreactive and very inattentive in the treatment of the client.
