Super easy and fast way to get to and from Cozumel. Ferry is comfortable and air conditioned. It was 12.5 USD for a one way trip.

A bit chaotic when you go purchase the tickets but the overall experience wasn’t bad. Warning on your way to the dock many people posing as this company will try to sell you tickets but don’t fall for it. You will know you arrived at the legit ticket counter when you approach the area were the ferry departs from and you will see a line of people purchasing their tickets. I rented a car and parked 2 blocks away from the ferry I believe the lot was in Calle 10 and I paid about $14 to park the whole day. I didn’t care for the views on the boat so I opted to sit downstairs with the tinted windows. Don’t lose your ticket it’s literally just a receipt with a QR code I saw a lot of people fighting with the staff over their lost ticket.

Important things to know: - their timetable changes everyday - you can use your ticket up to 6 months (so if you miss your ferry, you can still use your ticket on the next one) - 1st class means that you will sit inside on a comfortable chair (doesn't worth it) - if you have a bigger backpack, you either have to sit outside (even if you have a first class ticket) or they will ask for your backpack to put it with the luggages. I told them that I will hold mine, because I have my passport and laptop inside it, they didn't argue, but I had to sit outside. - there's no wifi on the ferry - the roof can be super windy/ hot, I don't suggest sitting there, only early in the morning and late afternoon - there's no food or drinks on the ferry, but they sell snacks I think they are better than Winjet, I suggest choosing Ultramar if you can.

Clean transportation from cruise ship dock to Cozumel shopping. Friendly crew. We felt the ferry was very safe and reliable. We sat outside on the upper deck and had unbeatable views of the ocean, both docks, and many ships including nation gaurd, cargo and cruise ships!

Comfortable ferry ride between Playa del Carmen and Cozumel. Ferry left on time and the ride was about 30 minutes long. A couple gentlemen played live music on the back of the 2nd deck, which made the ride a lot more enjoyable.

Make sure you know your times correctly. There are 2 different companies that leave from the same dock.. Wing jet and ultramarine. Don't fall for the scam artists trying to sell up on going to front of the line or other things.. Make sure you for proof that he's and employee which you will see them with a uniform

It is the best economically and safe way to get to Cozumel. The whole experience from buying the tickets right at the entrance and then boarding the ferry was easy and pleasant. The ride to and from Cozumel was a bit to bumpy but it all depends on the weather. They serve beverages and snacks on board. The ride is about 30-45min. The seats are comfortable and clean bathrooms.
