★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this company, seriously its better to swim to Isla Mujeres than to take this ferry. We bought return ticket and was told that the ferry back is every half an hour. Well we came at 1545 and was told that the next ferry to the hotel zone (where we boarded) is only at 1800.. We went to have coffee, came back at 1735 and was told the boat is already full, and next one is at 1900..!! Instead of bringing another ship at 18 to take everyone with a ticket, they forced people to wait another hour, untill the ship will finish another round trip. Crazy. The ship itslef is old and dirty. Don't board this ferry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to use the ferry, but in hindsight, we wouldn't have purchased the golf cart rental at the mainland ferry dock since we ended up spending several hours snorkeling once we arrived at Isla Mujeres

Bad experience, they don't do the agreed, you buy the round-trip ticket to Caracol beach, and they just kick you out at a stop before, without any explanation and assistance! They leave you somewhere else and the employees are extremely rude, they inform you that it's not their problem and your superior hangs up in your face when you call by phone in order to try to solve the problem.
Run away from this company! Buy packages with other companies that may provide better assistance in case of problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atmosphere was very festive and lively. It's mostly a port where you can get a ferry ride or a chartered boat to a few islands in Cancun or go on an excursion. I noticed their beach was pretty packed and with the music playing pretty loud everyone looked to be having a good time. It looks like a great place to hang out.

But they scam you into buying a golf cart through them $60 and through a company that doesn’t offer 24 hour rental and we landed at 1pm, they close at 6pm..
Once we got to the golf cart place they were so rude and said the only way to get our money back was to go back to CANCUN, we were staying at an Airbnb on the island.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING THROUGH THEM ON THE FERRY!! It’s all a ripoff
