De entrada la excelente atención que te brinda todo el personal de las distintas áreas de principio a fin, están al pendiente sin que hacerte sentir incómodo. El chef muy agradable y servicial, padrísima su presentación y atención en la mesa de tepanyaki, la comida deliciosa, nuestro cumpleañero quedó más que encantado y agradecido. Felicidades y muchas gracias equipo UMAI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rushed service. Sushi is good. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by rushed service. The restaurant was empty. On a week day. Why so much rush/stress. We still had 12-15 sushi pieces on the table and they came 5 times to remove our plates. We’re still eating - and conversation keep being interrupted by waiters… even after we told them “no stress”. Do you yourself a favor, tell them at the start you dont want to be rushed. Good thing we were in excellent company - which made us forget about this bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. This is the most we’ve paid for dinner in 4 weeks here. We sat at the cooking bar where they cook at your table. The staff were fun and friendly, beer was warm.. wine was good but expensive, they were out of the affordable choices. Bottom line was the meats were over cooked and tough, especially the lobster and we were unable to eat them. I would never eat here again. Of note… people not in our group but sharing our meat complained and had it removed from their bill… so it was not just us. Maybe it was a bad night for the place.. they have good ratings which is why we tried it.

Food flavor was great!
And the grill right next door.... If it is loud when you get in.... That is what you will get! No change for a call or a conversation!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Favourite was the sushi rolls! The flaming salmon sushi was quite the show the winner for the flavour was the jalapeño sushi! Quite expensive but super tasty!
