★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal por las asistentes médicos de la Umma (urologia) ocasiones llega tardísimo o de plano avisa que no llega. Te piden que llegues 20 minutos antes de la cita, llevo 40 minutos esperando mi cita es a las 8 am , ya son las 8 y la señorita ni sus luces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, las enfermeras no atienden aunque no haya gente, se supone que es el área de urgencias, no quieren atender y mandan a l@s pacientes a su clínica de medicina familiar, por favor si pueden evitarlo y hacer la recomendación de evitarla a toda costa, por su salud o si alguien sabe que se puede hacer para que cambien las enfermeras y mejore el trato al paciente lo agradeceré infinitamente ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi cita era alas 12:45 y me atendieron hasta casi las 2pm yo entiendo q hay mas gente pero despues me mandaron a laboratorio y no habia nadie dijeron q esperara hasta las 3 pero el que da las citas llego hasta las 4 y cuando toco mi turno de q me diera cita ya no me la pude quiso dar q por q pasaba de mi turno le explique q habia lledado desde temprano pero aun asi no quiso darme cita solo hacen q uno espere en vano y no es justo

Trata mal a sus pacientes cuando estas personas ya son de la tercera edad.
A mi Familiar le hablo mal y le cuestionaba muy grosera ciertas cosas de citas y padecimientos que son logicos de historial Medico. De igual manera la asistente que se encuntra con ella. En vdd si no les gusta su profesion No Trabajen Ya. Es su trabajo hasta tratar bien a sus pacientes. Que coraje que tengamos ese tipo de personas que resguardan nuestra salud. Ojala cambie un poco eso o al menos ella. O al menos que No se desquite con sus pacientes por su mal dia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La asistente del consultorio 5 de la tarde una señora ya mayor es demasiado déspota y grosera, nunca pone atención a quienes van pasando y llegando y pareciera que a ella le cobran por cada paciente qué pasa a modulo 5 con la enfermera.
La asistente de igual manera de consultorio 1 una joven de estatura baja exactamente igual de grosera, nunca quiere darte acceso al módulo de la enfermera y te envía a Salud publica, pareciera que las vacunas se las cobran directamente a ella y a la enfermera del 1 de la tarde porque nunca me las han querido poner siendo derechohabiente, de igual manera de les debe informar que las vacunas son universales y aun sin ser derechohabiente cualquier persona tiene derecho.
