I was visiting Cancun and I needed a place to do my manicure, the attention from one of the girls was not very nice, and the time to do my manicure was much longer than expected, I understand that they want to do it well but almost 3 hours seems a bit past to me.

I made the appointment for my girlfriend and the service was generally good. The place is nice but they lack attention to detail in the service.

Mi esposa estaba estacionando y llego dos minutos después (mientras yo estaba en el baño) Talia ahí soltó el celular y le dijo que no la atendería porque llego tarde, terrible experiencia TUVIMOS QUE PERDER TIEMPO ESPERANDO A QUE THALÍA DECIDIERA ATENDERNOS, se ensañó con nosotras sin motivo, había otra clienta sin cubrebocas y aún así nos obligó a usarlo m, le compré uno en $20, la bronca no es el cubrebocas es el modo y la manera selectiva de exigir usarlo, pésima actitud Thalía! AWFUL SERVICE from TALIA, they gave us 10 minutes of tolerance and she saw me come running (she was outside on the phone) between and the very kind girl inside the room allowed me to go to the bathroom. My wife was parking and arrived two minutes later (while I was in the bathroom) Talia then dropped her cell phone and told her that she would not answer her because she was late, terrible experience WE HAD TO WASTE TIME WAITING FOR THALIA TO DECIDE TO ATTEND US, she was angry with us for no reason, there was another client without a face mask and she still forced us to wear it, I bought her one for $20, the anger is not the face mask, it is the way and the selective way of demanding to use it, terrible attitude Thalía!
J	J Hill (Jourdan) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place and very nice people. I was the only client there so I got helped right away. I wanted a mani & pedi which they did at the same time. I expected to be sat at the pedicure bowl, like I always am at other salons. Instead they say me at a manicure table, turned my chair sideways and had me arms across my chest to reach the manicurist and then put each of my feet in glass bowls. The quality and detail of the service was good but that was the least comfortable and relaxing experience of my life. Half your body is turned one way and half the other way. You can't sit back and enjoy at all. It felt like a yoga class, being stretched in multiple directions. I didn't care for that much but I do like my nails and toes.
