Si tienen hijos pequeños es buena idea rentar o comprar una propiedad aquí, ya que tendrán niños con los cuales jugar, y debido a que la unidad es cerrada y para entrar hay que pasar con el vigilante, es muy seguro para los niños.
Lo único malo es que como está en Iztapalapa, el agua llega a ser un problema. Hay temporadas cortas donde a veces no llega agua, y hay que contratar pipa. Esto SOLO es un problema si vives alejado de la cisterna principal que abastece a la unidad. Sin embargo; esas temporadas son muy cortas y poco recurrente.
Otro pequeño detalle es que la unidad está conectada a dos fuentes distintas de electricidad: la mitad de las casas están conectadas a una fuente que es más frecuente que se vaya la luz. Sin embargo, esto es muy poco habitual y siempre regresa la luz después de unos minutos o unas pocas horas.
De ahí en fuera hay muchas ventajas para vivir aquí: dos estaciones del metro (Calle 11 y Lomas Estrella) quedan muy cerca. Hay transporte hacia Taxqueña y Coapa sin problemas. Debido al metro, la zona está subiendo y hay de todo (centros comerciales, parques, tiendas departamentales, restaurantes, etc.) El precio de los productos no es caro y en general, la zona es segura.
I've lived here all my life. I have never had any problems with anyone and the neighbors are good and calm people.
If you have young children it is a good idea to rent or buy a property here, as they will have children to play with, and because the unit is closed and you have to go through the guard to enter, it is very safe for children.
The only bad thing is that since it is in Iztapalapa, water becomes a problem. There are short seasons where sometimes water does not arrive, and you have to hire a pipe. This is ONLY a problem if you live away from the main cistern that supplies the unit. However; Those seasons are very short and not very recurring.
Another small detail is that the unit is connected to two different sources of electricity: half of the houses are connected to a source that more often turns off the power. However, this is very unusual and the light always returns after a few minutes or a few hours.
From there, there are many advantages to living here: two metro stations (Calle 11 and Lomas Estrella) are very close. There is transportation to Taxqueña and Coapa without problems. Due to the subway, the area is going up and there is everything (shopping centers, parks, department stores, restaurants, etc.). The price of the products is not expensive and in general, the area is safe.
