★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unidad Habitación ubicada en el límite de la alcaldía Azcapotzalco y el municipio de Tlalnepantla tiene una sola entrada y salida. Hay dos tipos de edificios: las torres de 10 pisos, que se identifican con letras, tienen departamentos de una planta y los edificios numerados, que cuentan con departamentos duplex, hay de 2, 4 y 6 departamentos por edificio. Carece espacios aptos para silla de ruedas ya que las banquetas se encuentran dañadas por las raíces de los árboles. Constantemente hay fugas de agua en las tuberías y sólo hay servicio de agua en cierto horario del día.

It lacks spaces suitable for wheelchairs since the sidewalks are damaged by the roots of the trees. There are constant water leaks in the pipes and there is only water service at certain times of the day.
