★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención ,soy una persona a la cual no trataron bien,hasta el día de hoy sigo esperando mi segunda cita por mi accidente y ellos no me mostraron las radiografías ni me las entregaron solo se echaron la bolita entre el seguro y ellos y , sigo afectada con mucho dolor en mi cuerpo y mi rodilla derecha se escucha un ruido al caminar y fuertes dolores de los golpes en mi espalda , que recibí y ellos no tuvieron nada de empatía ,solo les interesa cobrar al seguro y cerrar la página aunque el paciente no quede bien. Los tengo hasta grabados de como se deslindaron de mi al no darme la atención médica que hasta el día de hoy necesito.... Si sufres un accidente pide que te lleven a cualquier clínica menos a la unidad Médica Guerrero ?????.
Terrible attention, I am a person who was not treated well, to this day I am still waiting for my second appointment due to my accident and they did not show me the X-rays or give them to me, they just threw the ball between the insurance and them and, I continue affected with a lot of pain in my body and my right knee a noise is heard when walking and strong pains from the blows on my back, which I received and they did not have any empathy, they are only interested in charging insurance and closing the page even though the patient it doesn't look good. I even have them recorded of how they separated from me by not giving me the medical attention that I need to this day .... If you suffer an accident, ask to be taken to any clinic except the Guerrero Medical unit ?????.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente, atención las enfermeras muy muy amables con cariño trataron a mi pequeña de 10 años, que le realizaron una una laparoscopia de vesícula... Personal muy atentos... Son estrictos en cuanto a visitas pero me pareció muy bien cuidar la entrada y la salida... Recomendado
Excellent, attention the nurses very very kind with love treated my 10-year-old little girl, who performed a gallbladder laparoscopy... Very attentive staff... They are strict about visits but I thought it was very good to take care of the entrance and the output... Recommended
