★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mis perros a bañar y a mi gato lamentablemente me entregaron a 1 peludo con un ojo cerrado , el Doctor que atendio creo es el encargado pero no tuvo la delicadeza ni la empatia para realmente revisar que tenia el perro , solo le puso unas gotas para desinflamar, ese mismo día fui a otra veterinaria porque en este lugar cierran a las 6 pm y el vete me comento que adquirió una infección , el costo por su negligencia fue de $1100 , Doctor uds están para servir a seres que no tienen voz, más que les estamos pagando por este servicio, UD HIZO UN JURAMENTO HIPOCRATICO ENTONCES DONDE ESTA SU ETICA PROFESIONAL . REVISEN A SUS ANIMALITOS CUANDO SE LOS ENTREGUEN .
I took my dogs to bathe and unfortunately they gave me 1 furry cat with one eye closed, the Doctor who attended I believe is the person in charge but he did not have the delicacy or empathy to really check what the dog had, he just put a few drops to reduce inflammation, that same day I went to another veterinarian because in this place they close at 6 pm and he told me that he acquired an infection, the cost for his negligence was $ 1100, Doctor you are to serve beings who do not have a voice, more that we are paying them for this service, YOU MADE A HYPOCRATIC OATH THEN WHERE IS YOUR PROFESSIONAL ETHICS. CHECK YOUR ANIMALS WHEN THEY ARE GIVEN THEM TO YOU.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención médica pésima , el servicio de recepción es muy amable , pero en lo personal mi experiencia no fue agradable pues por negligencia médica del "médico " mi ave falleció el mismo día

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las personas que trabajan en la clínica son muy amables y atentas con nosotros y con mi perrito. A él le encanta ir. Y el veterinario es muy bueno, siempre atento con los animalitos. Explica muy bien todo el tratamiento y le da seguimiento.
Estamos felices aquí.
The people who work at the clinic are very kind and attentive to us and my dog. He loves to go. And the vet is very good, always attentive to the animals. He explains all the treatment very well and follows it up.

NO TIENE EXPERIENCIA ADEMAS HABLA MAL DE DE SUS COLEGAS, ME SACO DINERO Y MI PERRITO SEGUIA MAL, FUI POR UNA SEGUNDA OPINION Y DE LOS 3 MEDICANENTOS QUE RECETO NINGUNO SIRVIO TODOS LO ESTABAN INTOXICANDO NO ARRIESGEN A SUS MASCOTAS

HE HAS NO EXPERIENCE ALSO HE SPEAKS BADLY ABOUT HIS COLLEAGUES, HE GOT MONEY FROM ME AND MY DOG WAS STILL WRONG, I WENT FOR A SECOND OPINION AND OF THE 3 MEDICATIONS HE PRESCRIBED, NONE SERVED ALL OF THEM WERE INTOXICATING HIM DO NOT RISK YOUR PETS

Es un plus que incluso el personal de recepción y ayudantes dan también una excelente atención. Que puede mejorar?. . . . Que manejen citas, los tiempos de espera son muy largos.
