Schedule an appointment for the first time, they made me wait 30 minutes to start attending me, the administrative area is horrible, they make you wait a lot, when you arrive with the assigned ophthalmologist other people who were before you pass. I have been requesting my invoices for two days and it is not possible that they cannot send them at the moment, because they make you lose approximately 30 minutes at each stage because they send the invoices separately. Ophthalmologists and optometrists are good in my opinion, solve all doubts and do exams in detail. I would think twice to return.

I went to consultation with Dr. Carlos Monroy and he has an anxiety to rush his consultation that does not give you the time or confidence to express your concern and your doubts, I came to feel that he did not evaluate me well, and I went to consult him on different occasions due to relapses, it didn't take 5min and I was already opening the door to retire, it was an anti-professional treatment as a doctor.

The worst service, the worst clinic, if not with Dr. Flores, EVERYTHING BAD, one day they tell you that you don't need an appointment for an optometry study, when you arrive on time, that you always need an appointment, but since they are already the 3:20, they've already gone to eat, and the last appointment is taken at 11:30. They tell you that you can go to pick up glasses at any time, but you arrive and they also went to eat, "I came back around 4:00". It really is a waste of time to go there, better save yourself the search for parking and go to any other optician.

I came for inflammation and discomfort in both eyes, Dr. Juan Carlos Monroy Camacho attended me, he checked me in 5 minutes, he prescribed me and everything in a hurry as if a patient did not deserve his time, he urged me to the door without caring about my questions. He prescribed a few drops for one eye and despite reiterating that he also had discomfort in the other, he told me that he had nothing. I called him 2 times the next day to inform him that he still had discomfort in the other eye and he never reported. I called again the day that followed and the receptionist told me that I should make a new appointment and pay for a new consultation. I paid $ 1,300.00 M.N. for a consultation (which, by the way, makes you pay in advance, probably because they are aware of the terrible service that one can receive from certain of their doctors) with a supposed specialist who only told me what he already knew, that he had inflammation and falling into The hands of this type of person is the worst thing that could happen to me !!!! Now I will have to make an appointment with a real specialist !!!

Because I continued to have a lot of discomfort in the other eye, I called them the next day to tell them and they immediately told me that to be treated I had to pay them again.
