★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful flight with United Airlines, and the flight attendants were quite helpful. Water was free, but all other beverages and food had to be purchased. As long as you do not have to be roused up, the landing is typically straightforward and pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was upgraded to first class on United Airlines, which a wonderful surprise was given that I had originally booked economy. The in-flight entertainment was excellent, with a large screen. The seat is really comfy, and there is plenty of storage space.

Despite the fact that we were late for our connection, the connecting flight even waited for us, and no luggage was lost. I appreciated their customer service and the manner they communicated with me.
