Jamás te involucres ni tengas nada que ver con esta dicha 'universidad'. Se equivocaron la fecha en una hoja importante (un certificado de estudios) que se pasó a sellar por la SEP. Por causa del error (de fecha_ de CTUM, el documento se volvió inválido. Nadie nos avisó de nada hasta meses más tarde, ni siquiera fueron ellos de CTUM. Para volver a hacer el proceso, cuando pedi a CTUM que corrigieran su error (una cosa simple de cambiar el año que habían equivocado), nos dijeron a la familia y al estudiante que NO. Sin explicaciones ni disculpas. No hay forma de conseguir este certificado de estudios sino a través de ellos, y nos dicen que NO. Que ya, al haber hecho el proceso una vez no lo pueden repetir. ¡Pero lo rellenaron mal y no vale el certificado por eso! Da igual. No. Por eso, el pobre estudiante va a perder un montón de tiempo y trabajo, un año pagado y perdido. ¡Vaya trampa! Cuando llamo a los más altos allá en Hermosillo, me dicen lo mismo. No. No te podemos ayudar. ¡Pero es por su error! ¡Una fecha que necesitan cambiar, nada más! Da igual. "No te podemos ayudar con el certificado." La directora allá en Hermosillo se encuentra fuera durante una semana, primero por el tiempo y ahora por un funeral. Aparentemente, no hay nadie más con que me pueden comunicar desde el despacho. Hm. Qué conveniente. Tampoco saben decirme cuándo regresa la directora para que le pida ayuda a que corrija el error de su institución y para que el estudiante recibe el crédito escolar que pagó, trabajó y ganó. Pues, un simple, "No". Encabezamiento: UN ESTUDIANTE PIERDE UN AÑO DE ESTUDIOS POR CULPA DE UN ERROR DE LA MISMA INSTITUCIÓN EN LA QUE ESTUDIÓ (CTUM). ¡Cabrones!
