★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les compré un perfume a ciegas (no tenían tester y me lo recomendó la vendedora) en la sucursal de Tlalpan, por la salida a Cuernavaca, pero fui a cambiarlo antes de 24 horas y en el ticket de compra tienen una política de cambio o devolución confusa. Total que no me quisieron cambiar el perfume que ni siquiera desempaqué, por supuesto contraviniendo su política de devolucion... No compren en Universo de Fragancias, muy mala atención y servicio!
I blindly bought a perfume from them (they didn't have a tester and the saleswoman recommended it to me) at the Tlalpan branch, by the exit to Cuernavaca, but I went to change it within 24 hours and on the purchase receipt they have an exchange or return policy confused. Total that they did not want to change the perfume that I did not even unpack, of course contravening their return policy... Do not buy in Universe of Fragrances, very bad attention and service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre un perfume que pedí con un vendedor según en línea que me llegaba y bueno cuando me llego no era el que solicite así que pedí mi cambio y me dieron largas al final me atendió la gerente o encargada y total jamas me lo cambiaron que no podían y que no se que me dieron un perfume de 400 pesos cuando yo pague casi 2000 por el perfume es un asco no compren en universo de fragancias de naucalpan es un asco y si tienen un problema jamas se lo resolverán
I bought a perfume that I ordered with a seller according to what came online and well when it arrived it was not the one I requested so I asked for my change and they gave me long in the end the manager attended me and in total they never changed it because they could not And I don't know that they gave me a perfume for 400 pesos when I paid almost 2,000 for the perfume. It's disgusting. Don't buy in the Naucalpan fragrance universe.

Como ya he leido en otras reseñas, dudo ampliamente de la autenticidad del producto,, compré una locion MontBlanc Legend en tienda de SamsClub aqui en CDMX y me encuentro con la sorpresa de que tiene una etiqueta de este lugar, del cual no conozco pero veo que todos opinan lo mismo,,, la fragancia huele mucho a alcohol y no dura ni un par de horas, lo que se me hace increible es que tiendas con renombre se dejen engañar por este tipo de changarros...
Obviamente al tratar de devolver el producto se negaron rotundamente...

As I have already read in other reviews, I highly doubt the authenticity of the product, I bought a MontBlanc Legend lotion at the SamsClub store here in CDMX and I am surprised that it has a label from this place, which I do not know but I see that everyone thinks the same,,, the fragrance smells a lot of alcohol and does not last even a couple of hours, what makes me incredible is that renowned stores are fooled by this type of junk...
Obviously when trying to return the product they flatly refused...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustaría dejar una buena calificación de este lugar, pero no me dejaron estar ni un minuto en cuanto entre me abordo su personal de seguridad y literalmente me sacaron tal vez no les gusto mi vestimenta y pensaron que no tengo el poder adquisitivo para comprar alguno de sus productos, pero bueno que se puede hacer en un negocio elitista y discriminatorio. Su negocio es exitoso y un cliente menos tal vez no les signifique mucho de igual manera suerte y éxito.
