Terrible service, I tried to do the process from WhatsApp, it took 2 hours to answer me and then it took half an hour to answer each message, at the end when I sent him my data and stationery, he told me that it was not possible because in two weeks they would update lists with the autonomous . I tried two weeks later, it took another two hours to respond, however this time I was able to finish the process and pay the 50 pesos from the card, when making the payment by interbank transfer, he told me that I should wait for them to tell me when I could go pick up my card. I waited a week and sent a message to ask, they never answered me, I decided to go in person to ask, they told me that my card was not yet printed, they could not find my record of having done the procedure and that I had to have the proof of payment printed ( something they never told me, and the previous time I processed it they never asked me), they made me go find a cyber to print the receipt on what they did with my card. In the end they did give it to me, but I lost a week of my life because of incompetent workers. If I had paid attention to waiting for them to tell me when to come in, I would still be waiting.
