★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mientras iba atorado en el trafico rumbo a mi oficina vi una de sus vans; las busqué por internet, y existía una ruta que me quedaba súper cool y me dejaba cerca de mi oficina en Polanco.
Una vez que la probé realmente fue muy difícil regresar al transporte público. En lugar de tomar combi, suburbano y metro para llegar, ahora solo tenía que tomar una Urbvan y me dejaba a una distancia lo suficientemente corta como para solo tener que caminar.
La súper recomiendo, si bien aún fallan en puntualidad (Por eso mis 4 estrellas). El beneficio es tal que ya se volvió mi única opción para llegar a la oficina.
 While I was stuck in traffic on the way to my office I saw one of their vans; I looked for them on the internet, and there was a route that was super cool for me and left me near my office in Polanco.
Once I really tried it, it was very difficult to return to public transport. Instead of taking the combi, suburban and metro to get there, now I just had to take an Urbvan and it left me within a short enough distance that I only had to walk.
I highly recommend it, although they still fail in punctuality (That's why my 4 stars). The benefit is such that it has already become my only option to get to the office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que regresé a trabajar a mi oficina, Urbvan ha sido mi mejor opción, los conocí por facebook y desde que probé una de sus rutas me sentí muy segura al viajar con ellos.
Recomiendo mucho este servicio, además de más barato que un Uber te sientes más seguro al ir acompañada de más personas, incluso ya hasta empiezas a ubicar a todxs los que reservan en tu horario ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un excelente servicio, los conductores son muy amables y los puntos para abordar son cómodos por que no tienes que ir hasta la terminal de buses para abordar, lo cual me encantó, en algunas ocasiones llegan unos min tarde, pero pues en esta ciudad tan caótica no siempre se le puede sacar la vuelta al tráfico. Los usaría de nuevo sin duda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado !!! Había viajado con ellos algunas veces y todo perfecto. Pero la última vez, la Van no llego nunca. Estuve esperando y nada. Tuve que tomar un Uber a la terminal y pagar otro autobús. No tienen teléfono de atención al público, nadie se hace responsable de nada y solo me robaron el dinero del viaje. Después me contestaron que se había cancelado el viaje ( que nunca me avisaron ) y que disculpa, que tenía un reembolso para mi siguiente viaje. Les dije que obvio no quería volver a viajar con ellos y quería mi dinero de regreso el cual nunca lo volví a ver. Tengan cuidado se quedan con tu dinero y no tienen seriedad, ni les importa el cliente.
NO LO RECOMIENDO … roban así sin mas.
Watch out !!! I had traveled with them a few times and everything was perfect. But last time, the Van never came. I was waiting and nothing. I had to take an Uber to the terminal and pay for another bus. They don't have a customer service telephone number, nobody is responsible for anything and they just stole my travel money. Later they told me that the trip had been canceled (which they never told me) and what an apology, that I had a refund for my next trip. I told them that obviously I did not want to travel with them again and I wanted my money back which I never saw again. Be careful, they keep your money and they are not serious, nor do they care about the client.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT… they steal just like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La empresa no hace el reembolso del dinero sólo da crédito, pero sí cancelas el viaje por un pésimo servicio, es claro que no lo vas a volver a usar. Deberían de regresar el dinero. Si tratas de aclararlo vía redes sociales, te bloquean. No tienen un teléfono para poder llamar. En pocas palabras ellos no pierden aunque el servicio que ofrecen sea malo.
The company does not refund the money, it only gives credit, but if you cancel the trip due to a lousy service, it is clear that you will not use it again. They should return the money. If you try to clarify it via social networks, they block you. They don't have a phone to call. In short, they do not lose even if the service they offer is bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful, they are a disaster! They do not honor timetables, departure points or anything. We had a confirmed and paid reservation from Cuernavaca to CDMX and there was nobody at the confirmed departure point. After many messages on Whatsapp, we had to pay for a 20 minutes taxi drive across town to catch their van..
We'll be arriving over one hour late..Do no trust ti.
