★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't pre pay for any service! Paid $246 for private transportation from the airport. Our hotel, referred us here. Hurricane landfall canceled the trip and had to change the date. They refuse to send a new voucher. We have been emailing them for 2 months! On the rare occasion they respond they just ask, how they can help us. When you respond with the problem, they go dark. They have gone so far as to actually block our email now! After your charge back deadline, you have zero recourse and they keep the money. Beware!
