Vacaciones en Oferta - 77509 Cancún

We were in Cancun last week with our two young children and tried to take the R-2 bus to Ventura Park. It looped around before reaching Ventura Park, but the driver assured us he would get us there. ~30 minutes later, we are WAY in the wrong direction, late for our Dolphin swim (with no refunds), and the bus driver says "sorry", and drops us off in front of Vacaciones en Oferta. We tried to get a taxi, but don't speak very much Spanish. The guy in Vacaciones en Oferta sees that we are having trouble, and tells us he will help. He gives us all a bottle of water, calls us a cheap taxi, and then phones Ventura Park to reschedule our Dolphin swim, as he knows the staff there. When we made it to the Ventura Park/Dolphinaris, they knew who we were and had already rescheduled us because of the help from Vacaciones en Oferta. We didn't use them for any excursions, but we will next time we are in Cancun. I saw their rates were very good and the gentleman who helped us spoke perfect English and was very honest. He really helped us a lot. Thank you.
