Great car rental service. They picked us up at the airport at 6.30am. You'll need a phone to call them since it's located outside the airport. The car was good and clean. No hidden fees. However they'll ask you to pay for additional insurance besides liability to cover any type of car damage, which we paid since it was the first time for us driving in Mexico.

My first time renting a car in Mexico and it was such a great experience! Gabriel, thank you for your kindness and assistance. The bar has been set high after using their services. No hidden fees and great vehicle. I definitely recommend. You even get picked up from the airport in the rental vehicle which was new to me.

A totally positive experience. Gabriel was terrific and we were able to negotiate a very nice upgrade for a minimal up charge. There were no hidden fees and the transaction was totally transparent. I highly recommend!

Spoke with Gabriel over the phone. He was very nice, made a reservation. After arriving in Cancún, I get a Whatsapp message from Gabriel that our car is not available to rent and if I would like to upgrade to an SUV (200$ more). Such a last minute change that we had to find someone else in such a short amount of time. Ended up renting from easy way car rental

It was great experience renting a car here! Luis talked to me first and it was Daniel helped us to get to the office and do all the rest to let us use one of their cars. Friendly and kind, easygoing and willing to help. More than anything, there was no additional fee or hidden fee when I went there, just like the review I have read before on google. I was very happy about it. We communicated through whatsapp. Talking to Luis and making the reservation too a little while honestly. I don't know if he was busy working on other things. He gave me a response very slowly so I had to be patiently waiting. But the reservation was made well and the whatsapp became the tool to communicate, which was great since I didn't have the SIM card in Mexico. When we went to the airport in Cancun, they came to pick us up at the airport and gave us a ride to the rental place/ office; so it was quite smooth process. The car was in good condition, running smoothly. We didn't find any problem with the car AT ALL. We loved the drive and were thankful for it. They would also record all the scratches on the car on the paper. But make sure you take pictures of those scratches! Because when a different staff member was checking on our car other than the first one who gave us the car, he did not seem to know where those scratches came from. We had to pull out our gallery and showed him. That made things go well, so that was good. We were prepared. There were few other things I do want to give feedback for the better service/ heads up for others: 1) we were not told that the key fob buttons won't work- We had to make the key come out of the fob and use it to open it manually each time. 2) car trunk or any other car door won't open until you put your key into the car. We had such a confusing moment for a while, but we found it out ourselves. I am not sure if this is the norm there in Mexico but I think it will be very helpful if the customers were told in the beginning to save some difficult times. I and my husband asked whether we could turn in the car one hour earlier than the time we said we had said we will, to make sure we get to the airport earlier and feel safer. There was additional fee of $250 and we said okay we will do it. Make sure you know their opening time-6am. If you want them to come earlier there will be additional charge. And remember when they say as the starting time. They may change from 6am to 6:30am. But they were willing to work with us when we told them what we were told at first. We appreciated it anyway since one of them came to help us return the car earlier. We know that it takes work and effort to come one extra hour earlier. Overall, we really recommend this place and would recommend this place to our friends. We may come back to Cancun and rent a car from them again because we know what to expect.

Absolutely Straight Forward - none of that BS about pay for the car and then twice as much for insurance... I love the one price includes everything - WELL DONE GUYS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Great Customer Service Great Cars Fast Service Super experience One important point - when arriving in Cancun don't expect to be picked up in a shuttle. Give them your flight number and they will pick you up in the same car you're renting. Walk out off the terminal where all the vans are... TURN RIGHT to walk parallel to the terminal building.. about 50 yards you'll see the terminal entrance where every one is getting ready to go back home... THAT'S WHERE they will pick you up.... have fun... I did.
