Sorry but better priced and more professional companies out there who are willing to negotiate and include full coverage for a cheaper price and who also do not expect you to clean the car upon returning it even tho the outside was impeccable. There was also not an unreasonable amount of sand or hair after a long rental period. Sylvia was great but the owner was not accommodating enough to leave us happy. In response to your message: The rate we negotiated was far above the other company we are now using with a way better car so for you to not afford that doesn't make any sense. Also we took the car and cleaned it ourselves for an hour right after you complained about the the sand and hair so I don't need to see any photos as it was returned in more than fair condition. And you appear to have a price discrepancy as Sylvia had said it was 200MX not 400MX to clean as you quoted. The company we are with now does not expect it to be returned clean as most companies deep clean and detail anyways afterwards. So thank you for your business but we will stick with the new company. Had a great experience! Our car was delivered to our condo and picked up for a reasonable fee. Silvia was very courteous and professional and was very thorough in explaining everything about the car and charges. We got full coverage on the car as it was our first time driving in Mexico, and it was a good thing we did! A car ran into the back of us, so I called the agency and the owner came to the location and handled everything. Very reassuring and so grateful that we went with such a great company. Highly recommend.

Extraordinary attention, just mentioned about a worn tire and they immediately replaced it !; I forgot my papers on the rental somewhere on the way back home and after mentioning it by phone .. I received copies of everything via whatsapp !!, just UNBELIEVABLE a true working team, love you all Val people at PVR !!!

We had a great experience renting with Val. Silvia was accommodating, very communicative and very helpful. The price was competitive (and their price includes insurance). We paid the slight premium for the no deductible insurance and that turned out to be helpful after we scratched the car on our trip. Val did not charge us for the scratch since we had the no-deductible insurance. Overall, a very satisfactory experience. Highly recommended

Arriving late to Puerto Vallarta and our booked Car Rental was closed, what a nightmare…Even worse next day no car rentals seemed to be available in all Puerto Vallarta. Thanks to Val Car Rental we could proceed our journey to Sayulita / Punta de Mita. Silvia and her team were very helpful and understanding, thanks for that!! Other companies that are directly located at the airport could surely learn from them.
