★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bus line is amazingly comfortable with great amenities! I traveled with 2 older relatives and they were amazed how comfortable they were the whole ride! Honestly it’s a luxury to ride with Vallarta plus at such a decent price in usd$. Also each ride comes with free snacks, restrooms are so clean and have a separate door to enter so the bus doesn’t smell whatsoever. I highly recommend and I will never ride with any other bus line when I’m in Guadalajara :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my original review, I wasn't exactly thrilled about this company. However, the customer service representative on the phone was very professional and patient with my complaint. Now, the bus itself and it's accommodations are possibly the best I've ever seen. The seats are comfortable, the movie choices were great and it came with an onboard lunch. The lunch isn't fancy but very much appreciated. Also, the Wi-Fi worked better than anywhere else. I would travel with them and recommend it to anyone. Be warned- allow plenty of time for unforeseen events if your heading to Guadalajara. Great trip overall!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great travel in these buses. Lots of space and they recline awesome. You are super comfortable! Each seat has an individual tv which you can also play games puzzles watch movies. Overall great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed taking the bus from Guadalajara tlaquepaque station to Puerto Vallarta. The bus was so comfortable and I enjoyed the ride.
I will definitely use Vallarta Plus for future trips between Guadalajara and Puerto Vallarta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told to take this Vallarta Plus bus from Puerto Vallarta to Guadalajara so I did. I tried booking online but I couldn't regardless I arrived early to the stop and I was going to take the 945 bus, but I did ask if they had any earlier to let me know, they did have a space available at 915 so I took this bus. The bus had clean bathrooms, one for each gender, the seats tilt back so you can sleep but also you can enjoy a movie or a show on the TV, each person can watch whatever they want to. The ride was good, relaxed and I did watch a movie and part of the ride I was able to take a nap. Would take this bus again.
