★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our reservations about booking an unknown company to transport us and our family in PV for our wedding this month but we were pleasantly surprised about how easy, safe, and affordable the process was compared to several other companies we researched. Ninfa was so easy to work with and responded promptly to all of our emails and requests.
We've been to PV a number of times and we've always ubered, this time we had so many bags that a hired car was a better bet. We promptly found our sign, got in the large sprinter van for two of us that easily fit all of our luggage, and we had cold waters waiting for us. It was also air conditioned, and if you've ever ridden from the airport into the Romantic Zone in an uber, you know that a/c is hard to come by.
We also used them to shuttle our wedding guests from the hotel to our venue and had a great, affordable experience.
Our family also very easily used the service and was delivered safely and easily to their hotels. We'll probably be using Vallarta Incentives for our future trips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of lost items or theft!! I would have loved to give a good review but I cant. If I could give zero stars I would, worst experience ever. We chose this company for our group dental mission trip because they had good reviews but honestly I would look somewhere else. I had my dental loupe lights stolen whether they admit to it or not. I went back and forth with the company to track them down and each time they refused to take any accountability, I had hotel review surveillance clearly showing that they were not brought in with the luggage, they never came to get the footage, I went to airport security they did not have my tote which i already knew because I walked out with my luggage and tote on top before one of the transport crew grabbed it and loaded it on the van I tried to explain the whole situation they kept saying that I must have left it at the airport when the whole group saw them clearly load it on, and despite the proof they just stopped messaging me back and put the whole blame on me even though it was in their hands the luggage

We had a group of 19 people and used them for airport transportation, excursion transportation, etc. Edwardo was always on time, fun on the ride, informative, and made sure we got to where we needed to go safely and promptly. Very clean vehicles and accommodating. This is our second trip to Puerto Vallarta and have used them for both now.

The vehicle was a clean and well kept Mercedes 20 passenger Sprinter Van that was waiting on time and fully stocked with water and beer for our airport pickup and 25 minute trip to the hotel. Our driver Eduardo was awesome! Our group requested him for our hotel to airport transfer as well. He was a great resource for must see and do in Puerto Vallarta. Easy and stress free transportation. I highly recommend them and request Eduardo as your driver!
