El mero día nos enteramos que donde nos íbamos a reunir con ellos ya no tienen oficina física. El encargado no contestaba el teléfono y no había nadie en el lugar que no diera alguna referencia de ellos. El teléfono que nos dieron del guía para el tour en cuatrimoto estaba equivocado. Esperamos más de media hora y nadie nos respondió. Tuvimos que arreglarnos con otras personas que estaban ahí rentando motos. Jamás me devolvieron la llamada ni supe de ellos. Pésimo servicio. No lo recomiendo, pésimo servicio del Sr. Mauricio Montes de Oca Millan. Very unhappy with this pseudo agency. We found them on their website, we made the deposit of 50% a week before our trip. M	Miroslava Miranda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos hicieron fraude, cuidado de contratar, te piden los co tantos por WhatsApp les hagas un deposito pero no llegan y cuando llegas al lugar te dice que es otro nombre o copia y que a todos le deben y Mauricio siempre queda mal, etc al final se lavan las manos y no cambian tampoco el nombre aún cuando así se anuncian y según te resuelven el problema ofreciéndote nuevamente el servicio, tengan cuidado mejor contraten con la cooperativa y /o otras páginas no con ellos. Mi cobro deposito fue de $200.00 pero no es el dinero sino la acción y como trabajan entre ellos para hacer lo mismo a mucha gente, no es desconocido para ellos y es normal sin temor a que su nombre como empresa se vea afectado.
