Amazing service. I got a haircut, manicure and hair treatment and everything was fantastic. My hair looks beautiful my nails are perfect. They have the best attitude and are willing to make your experience the best also. My husband got a haircut as well and he looks great.

I tried pretty 10 salons in Playa del Carmen,Debora did not only a manicure but she is a podiatrist.Clean, professional , positive vibes , caring for small details ..not to talk about my lovely manicure .. and best Italian coffee ever ❤️❤️❤️❤️,I highly recommended

My first time today at Vanity Salon Spa. Antonella is a master of her craft and was very informative in the best way to care for my hair. They took their time on my long hair doing my hair highlights and perfect cut and blow dry! One of my best hair colors and hair cuts I've ever had! Doing exactly what I had asked for. Everyone was so friendly. I'm just so happy to have found Vanity Salon Spa and I am already planning for my next appointment. P.S. The best hair, nails and lashes in Playa del Carmen! I went to Vanity Salon for a pedicure and the staff was so professional, knowledgeable and friendly that I went back the next day for more treatments. I usually get my hair done in Los Angeles and I have to say that Antonella did such an amazing job that I will probably come back to Playa just for my hair from now on! My daughter and I had a lash lift with Wendy … they look incredible. Deborah gave my daughter super cute acrylics. Needless to say, a very satisfied costumer and will be back next week for another manicure and spa pedicure.

Wendy is amazing!! Fast and gentle. I went in originally to get amazing designs on some acrylic coffin nails but as she was preparing my nails for a new set she was so gentle on my nail bed and I decided better take advantage of the moment and just leave the nails off so I can let my nail health recover (after having them for six months) . I have always been afraid to get my acrylic nails removed anywhere because it can be a pretty painful experience. But Wendy is INCREDIBLE. Her designs are on her phone too just go and ask to see her work. You WILL BE BLOWN AWAY .

Fantastic experience. Karina is very skilled and knows how to cut curly hair. Everyone in the salon was super friendly and welcoming. And the coffee! Delicious. It's clean and easy to find. Thank you I am Ver happy with my hair. Highly recommended.

I sincerely have very minor complaints. The staff was very friendly, Deborah did my lovely Pinapple on my toes and she did my sculpted hand nails and she did a great job, I was then moved to Wendy who is more specialized on very small, full of details designs and she did my Pandas which I totally fell in love with. All the staff and the owner in general were very attentive, they made us Italian cappuccinos and served us bottled water when we needed it. I wasn’t quite happy at the end because I was given three different receipts which can make it confusing but I understand that it probably is because each girl works separately and they get paid for what they do instead of receiving a salary, so she had to charge for every girls work separately, also if you pay with a credit card you don’t get the voucher, and you get a 5% commission fee if you pay with credit card, those are just little things that I personally am not extremely bothered with because all in all the experience was very good, but I promised to give a very honest review. Nothing in life is perfect, so just don’t expect perfection, in this salon you can leave satisfied that they do work hard to give you the best service they possibly can
