i went to buy flower for my friend condolence. the lady in charge was super rude and asked me what i want. i told them i am not sure how much volume each flower has and depending on the volume, i will think what i add. she kept asking what i want before showing me the flower and at the end, charged me more expensive than the price she first told me. according to her, the decoration cost more than the flower and thus its expensive which she should explain before making bouquet. obviously, i wont go back nor recommend anyone.

Do NOT hire this company! Not reliable and not professional at ALL!! Varsovia RUINED our wedding! We were dealing with complete amateurs. Over 50% of our decor that we paid for was not even set up! The items that were NOT set up included our dance floor, photo booth, wedding party back drop, lighting, disco ball, floral centrepiece holders and slide show screen to name a few! The bar that we bought was used as a guest book table! A complete let down! The company did not follow our plans and layout that we signed off on. The items that were set up were completely different than the images/descriptions that we requested. A complete MESS! Shocking the bride (myself) and groom when we arrived to our wedding reception. They did not even set up our DANCE FLOOR!! We paid a lot of money for it and it is one of the most important elements of a reception. We couldn’t even do our first dance because the dance floor was missing! We showed up to our reception in total shock with no dance floor and several other items missing that I ended up crying during half of my reception as a result. I was SO upset I couldn’t even eat my dinner on my biggest night. They ruined our biggest day and we only get 1 chance to celebrate it. I honestly will never get over this - I think about it everyday and how I never got my fairytale wedding I dreamed of. We planned day and night for our wedding, only to be extremely let down by Varsovia and their entire team. We had paid in full before the wedding and we never got half the items we paid for. The decor was completely wrong from what we had planned and it was not our vision at all. We dealt with Monica (the owners daughter of Varsovia) for our wedding and she totally messed up our special day letting us down. We trusted her and Varsovia with our biggest day and they failed miserably! She didn’t even contact us on the wedding day and no one could reach her once we found out over 50% of our items were not even set up! She left the site with no where to be found! HORRIBLE customer service and they DO NOT deliver what you pay for! Trust me brides and grooms when I say this - DO NOT hire this company for your wedding - they will ruin it! We will never get over this. Thanks for the WORST WEDDING VARSOVIA! We will be sure to tell all of our family and friends and social media to warn everyone to stay far away from hiring your untrustworthy and extremely unprofessional company!!

I wish I could give Varsovia ZERO stars! They are the WORST wedding decor company ever! They do not care about their clients. My husband and I had the worst wedding with this company. They didn't even deliver half of the items we PAID FOR! They were so rude about it and I spent my wedding day in TEARS! If you want a special wedding to remember forever, DO NOT hire Varsovia Group! You will be so disappointed!!!!!
