★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible! El ajustador en contubernio con el tránsito, hasta hablandose por telefono muy cuates. Quién sabe qué negocios arman entre ellos. Sin mencionar que tardan una eternidad en auxiliarte. No lo recomiendo. Un error contratarlos.
Terrible! The adjuster in transit with traffic, even talking on the phone very good. Who knows what business they put together. Not to mention that it takes forever to help you. I do not recommend it. A mistake to hire them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're completely non-transparent. When I needed emergency surgery I ended up having to pay half of it myself and they had me running around as I was still recovering since nobody could answer even a simple question such as when I would get refunded, and how much.
They rejected insurance forms without providing any reasoning as to why, which meant I had to stay in a hospital room even though the doctor had cleared me the day before to try and get them to accept the paperwork by trial and error rather than stating a reason for the previous set of documents having been rejected.
