★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 3.5 months. You will not have the standard you pay for. There was twice water leak, drawers falling down, shower fell apart, sink in the kitchen fell down. The pool area is not well kept and often very dirty around and in the pool.
In the the end they wanted 6000 pesos in electric bill without even show a bill. I talked to my neighbours and the pay 600 per month. One neighbour have AC on 24/7 and payed 4000 for the same period.
