★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si podría les doy 0 estrellas. Pésimo servicio. Se tardan en contestar mensajes de whatsapp, no responden llamadas y si responden la atención es muy mala, me colgaron varias veces. Quería pedir para domicilio y después de finalmente poder hablar con una señora me dijó que varios platos ya no son disponibles, después de decirle que quiero pedir me respondió que mi pedido es mucho y que va cerrar en una hora. Nunca me ha pasado algo así y menos en México donde siempre un buen servicio en mayoría de restaurantes ó servicios de comida. Que pena en este caso porque él menú se veía muy bueno.
La mensaje al los dueños: Por favor ponen más atención al cliente. Somos veganos y siempre intentamos a soportar empresas 100% veganas, pero en este caso no pudimos.
If I could I would give them 0 stars. Terrible service. They take time to answer whatsapp messages, they don't answer calls and if they answer the attention is very bad, they hung up on me several times. I wanted to order for home delivery and after finally being able to talk to a lady she told me that several dishes are no longer available, after telling her that I want to order, she replied that my order is too much and that it will close in an hour. Nothing like this has ever happened to me, and even less so in Mexico where there is always good service in most restaurants or food services. What a pity in this case because the menu looked very good.
The message to the owners: Please pay more attention to the customer. We are vegans and we always try to support 100% vegan companies, but in this case we couldn't.
