★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Dr nos atendió a medio día porque mi papá tenía la nariz constipada, en ese momento nos ayudo pero por la tarde nuevamente se constipó y lo llamamos pero no nos atendio primero nos dijo que en 5 min y después le marcamos y según había salido a una emergencia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El procedimiento del doctor fue bueno, pero ofrecen una pésima atención al cliente. Jamas hago esto pues se lo que afecta una critica negativa en algún negocio. Sin embargo, también ayuda muchísimo a que mejoren su atención en el servicio.
El doctor te deja hablando solo, no te escucha, no te explica que es lo que tienes, no te dice cómo otros doctores que tomar para evitar ese problema. Ni siquiera te avisa cuando ya terminó el procedimiento y puedes retirarte. Su asistente es quien llega y con una pésima actitud te dice, ah pues ya termino tu procedimiento. Tu te quedas como de ¿What... y qué, el doctor no me dirá nada, no me recomendara algo? Ademas de que recalco, la actitud de la asistente es pésima, super grosera.
Yo con este doctor no regreso. Ojalá y aprendan que el cliente es lo más importante y por 1500 pesos que cobran su consulta, mínimo hagan o finjan que les interesa su paciente.
The doctor's procedure was good, but they offer terrible customer service. I never do this because I know what a negative review affects in a business. However, it also helps a lot to improve their attention in the service.
The doctor leaves you talking to yourself, he doesn't listen to you, he doesn't explain what you have, he doesn't tell you how other doctors should take to avoid that problem. It doesn't even notify you when the procedure is over and you can leave. His assistant is the one who arrives and with a terrible attitude tells you, oh well, I'm done with your procedure. You stay like what... so what, the doctor won't tell me anything, won't he recommend something? In addition to that I emphasize, the attitude of the assistant is terrible, super rude.
I will not go back to this doctor. Hopefully they learn that the client is the most important thing and for the 1500 pesos that they charge for their consultation, at least they do or pretend that they are interested in their patient.
